The band was formed in 1995 by Piermont Police Chief Tom Gaynor and Spring Valley P.O. Kevin Graiani. It is comprised of men and women who are either involved in law enforcement or have family ties to law enforcement. The band plays several community events and charitable functions as well as parades, funerals and memorials.
